Event Decoration Information

  • Do you have ready-stock for me whenever I walk into your store?

    We will have preserve flowers & dry flowers ready-stock at our XO23 store. Unfortunately we prepare our fresh flowers based on pre-order basis.

  • How do I get in touch with XO23?

    You can use the form on the Contact Us page, call us at 016-524 9625 / 012-288 0516 or email us at info.xo23weddingevents@gmail.com. We will arrange for a meeting for your Initial Consultation in a location that is convenient for all of us.

  • How do I secure your services and engage you for my event?

    Reach out to us via the contact page. We’ll get back to you ASAP to discuss your event, schedule a consultation meeting, provide you with a quote, and get you booked on our calendar.

  • I don’t know how to measure?

    No worries, we can do it for you! BUT with a minimal charge of RM200.00 for measurement / consultation fees is chargeable. Stay cool! This fund is refundable when you officially engage us XO23 as your decoration partner.

  • Do you need the measurement of the backdrop?

    Yes, because different measurement means different pricing. Apart from the back drop there are a few sections that we will need measurements too.

  • I have no idea on my wedding decoration?

    No worries, we are here with you. Just let us know your favorite color or even combination, which part of your event you need to decor and the budget of decoration. We will help you design a customize proposal.

Getting to XO23 Office

  • How should I access from V-Designer office lobby?

    You may park your car at Sunway Velocity Designer’s office parking lot which is also linked to Sunway Velocity Mall parking. You may register yourself at the V-Designer Office Lobby which is located at G floor. Once you obtain the access pass you may go straight up to level 9 and our office is located at your left row. Alternately, you may call us at 016-524 9625 / 012-288 0516 and we will arrange someone to pick you up at the lobby once you have arrived.

  • Where is your office?

    VO3-09-17 Designer Office, Sunway Velocity, Jalan Peel Maluri, 55100 Kuala Lumpur

Online Florist Information

  • Do you have ROM bouquets?

    ROM bouquets are considered as customized bouquets. Please do let us know at least 2 weeks prior the delivery dates so that our ROM florist can discuss with you personally to match the bouquet with your ROM theme.

  • I want to purchase customized / special flower bouquets.

    ‘Special’ flowers bouquet that involves Holland’s flower is uncommon and they are subjected to availability from our supplier. We require you to place an order at least 7 to 10 days prior the delivery date. If it is needed for any celebration / special occasions, please let us know at least 2 weeks prior so that we can ensure that the bouquet is ready for you or call us directly to inquire at 016-524 9625 / 012-288 0516.

  • When should I order before you run out of stocks?

    At least 5 to 7 days prior.

  • What are the other days when there will be a high amount of orders?

    Fridays, Graduation Days, 14th of every month, Special seasonable date, etc.

  • How is the price so much higher than before?

    During the peak periods, suppliers will increase their stock price. Resulting an increase of bouquet prices from our side too.

  • Will it be fully book for the order?

    Yes, you have to look into XO23 online calendar to make sure your delivery date is available to send out.

  • When should I place an order?

    Basically, as early as possible. We do encourage you to place an order at least 5 days prior the celebrated day itself to avoid to being unable to place an order from us as there is a maximum daily-limit capacity.

  • How long does the peak period last?

    It would start around 2 weeks prior the celebrated day and ends around 1-3 days after the celebrated days. For example, in 2017, the Valentine’s Day orders started on 7th Feb until 15th Feb.

  • What are the ‘Peak Periods’?

    Peak Periods are when flowers are highly on demand. These seasons includes Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, & etc.

  • How do I know that my orders are safely delivered?

    Once the flowers are safely delivered to the recipient, we will inform you through WhatsApp or Facebook private messaging.

    If further problems persist please contact us to place a manual order through WhatsApp or Facebook private messaging (016-524 9625 / 012-288 0516). Kindly note that for manual ordering, you will need to comply with the Terms and Condition for Manual Orders.

  • How can I get a redemption code?

    When you done any online purchased product from XO23 you will get a redemption code to purchase your next order or you can accumulate you redemption code for your any special day! Our redemption code can last for the next 6 months.

  • Order and Packing

    You can opt for a regular text message. Every of our bouquet / gift boxes will be place in at different premium boxes / bag together along with any add-on products that you have purchased, ensuring 100% privacy during the delivery process.

    We encourage everyone to make purchase at least one (1) day prior the selected delivery date or before 12pm for same day delivery. Our delivery time is between 1pm – 7pm with no time request available.

  • How do I know how many stalks are in a bouquet?

    Each bouquet has different numbers and types of flowers. Kindly refer to the description section to know more about the chosen bouquet.

Online Florist Payment Information

  • But your website won’t be able to accept new pick-up orders after 12pm?

    Kindly drop us a Facebook private message to proceed with manual ordering. You can also let us know that you’d like to manually order via emailing or WhatsApp messaging. We highly discourage any manual ordering from our Live Chat platform as it will be difficult to trace back the order when needed.

  • In that case, how about if I want to pick up the bouquet?

    In normal days, we are able to open up a slot for you to place an order with us. However, there are days where we had completely hit our max capacity for both deliveries & pick-up orders and could not open up any extra slots for anyone, anymore. We hope you understand.

  • Can I order on the same day and get it on the same day?

    Kindly note that we do have a cut-off time to accept new orders at 12pm sharp every working day as we will need to start dispatching all the deliveries of the delivery date to our customer’s recipient.

  • Can I pay upon pickup?

    This option is only available to customers who opt for manual ordering. However, we highly encourage all our customers to pay while placing an order. This is because it will allow us to work efficiently and hand you your order in a shorter period of time.

  • What sorts of payment methods are available?

    Our payment methods include Online Banking Transfer, ATM banking, Credit Card payment and PayPal payment.

  • I’ve encountered difficulties while trying to make payment.

    Kindly contact us through e-mail (info.xo23weddingevents@gmail.com) or WhatsApp (016-524 9625 / 012-288 0516) so that we can assist you for this matter.

  • Can I cancel my order after making payment?

    Sorry, there is no cancellation allowed after payment made. Once payment is made, it is non-refundable.

Online Florist Pick Up Information

  • Should I go up to XO23 office to picking up my order?

    Not necessary, you can wait us at V-designer office lobby or park your car at waiting area. Please call 016-524 9625 / 012-288 0516 let us know you car plate. We will send your order to you. It is easy and convenient to our customers.

  • What should I do before picking up?

    You can contact us by providing us your detail of order and your pick-up time so that we can arrange for the pickup.

  • What time can I drop by to collect my bouquet(s)?

    Saturday: By appointment

Online Florist Returning and Refunding Information

  • [Important] Situations where refunding, returning or exchanging is NOT possible:
    1. Refunding
    2. When the bouquet is prepared and delivery attempts has been made

    >    The bouquet was either refused to be received or the recipient was not at the location.

    1. When the delivery was made “late”

    >    Our delivery dispatch operation starts from 12pm – 6pm and time requests/remarks are not available. If a time remark was made, our team will always provide a reminder that the our accepting of the remark does not equal to a guarantee or promise, i.e.: the delivery may not make it right on time due to many unforeseen circumstances. Customers who had made payment will be assumed to agree to the reminder. (Time remark is only available to “Workplace Closing Hours.”)

    1. Returning/Exchanging

    >   When the defects of products were not caused by XO23 and/or dispatchers.

    >    When the bouquet has been received and the attempts to exchange are done on the next day or after.

  • How long does refund process takes?

    Usually around a week or two after receiving details from the sender / buyer. Sometimes, it can take a bit longer.

  • Help! I need to cancel my order!

    Please contact us as soon as you’ve made your decision to cancel your order. Kindly note that you can only cancel your order(s) before delivery arrangement was made, i.e.: after 12pm of the delivery date, you are not allowed to cancel your order(s).

  • Help! My order was not delivered!

    If any customer claims an order was not delivered, we ask that we are given at least 24-48 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. In many cases, delivery was attempted but either the recipient was not in the delivery destination were available to accept the order. We reserve the right to attempt a redeliver if this occurs. Please note that we make every effort to make the delivery on the scheduled date because we are working with perishable products. We would highly appreciate your cooperation with us to calm down and give us some time to arrange another redeliver as the process can (sometimes) be a complicated one.

  • Refusal to receive bouquet

    We will not be responsible if the recipient had refused to accept the bouquet as we have already prepared the flowers and had sent out our dispatcher(s) to the designated location. We will not issue refunds to any customer where the recipient, for whatsoever reason, will not accept the item or refuses delivery.

  • Can I return my flowers if it’s on the same day as delivery?

    It depends on the condition of your flowers. Please send us a photo of the bouquet as soon as possible. Please understand that real flowers will never be 100% perfect. There will always be flaws and imperfections within and they are inevitable as cut flowers were removed from their roots. Kindly note that we will need at least 2 hours to investigate and to determine what has occurred. We will get back to you as soon as possible and we do ask for the buyers to be patient with us and let us investigate without any interruptions. As much as we are as anxious as you, we do highly appreciate your cooperation. 

  • Can I return my flowers / request for a refund after the day of my delivery?

    No. Sorry, we cannot do that. Do take notice that all flowers are perishable and you are required to take care of the bouquet(s). No refunds or replacements shall be made for any order(s) if the recipient or sender had failed to notify us before 11:59pm of the original delivery date.

    It is the responsibility of the sender to review all of the information provided on this website relating to refunds and/or replacements.

  • I think you guys sent the wrong bouquet…

    In the unlikely event that you may have received the wrong bouquet, please contact us immediately through our Whatsapp or give us a ring at 016-524 9625 / 012-288 0516

Online Florist Shipping Information

  • [Important] What if the recipient is not around at the time of delivery?

    For office with receptionist, we will leave it to the receptionist; for office without a receptionist or home base please refer to the options below:

     

    We will call the sender to decide:

    Option 1: Leave it on the front door or at the guard house (for apartment and condomininium).

    Option 2: Schedule a pick up on your own at our office after 8PM (delivery fees will be charge for second time delivery). Please email or call us for schedule.

    Please note that we will only call you three times, if we are unable to reach you, due to whatsoever reasons, or you do not pick up the call, we will decide for you, which is Option 1.

    Orders are delivered ONCE. If the recipient is not home/office the flowers/bouquet will be returned to XO23 and a notice will be sent out to inform recipient/sender that flowers/bouquet have tried to be delivered and to self pick up from XO23. Senders are responsible to bear any delivery cost for second delivery attempt.

  • Help! The office/shop closes before 6pm!

    Please let us know at least before 12pm of the original delivery date so that our Delivery Arrangement crew and our dispatchers can be alert of it. Do take note that our delivery dispatching starts operating at 12pm – 6pm. You will need to tell us beforehand.

    Should the recipient appear to be absent (left the area) during the delivery, our dispatcher will proceed with the next available solutions.

  • Help! The recipient is leaving soon!

    Please let us know as soon as you know that the recipient is leaving so that we can arrange the delivery to a second location. We will require a second delivery address from the sender/recipient in order to proceed the delivery on the same day. If a second delivery address is unable to be obtained, we will then proceed to deliver the bouquet on the next day. If the original address is a shop lot/office lot that does not operate during weekends/public holidays, we will either require a home delivery address from sender/recipient or we will proceed the delivery on the next working day. Shall the sender have failed to provide us any information, we will decide the next most feasible option for the order.

  • Can I track my order?

    Yes, we will WhatApps you once the bouquet is sent, and delivered to the receiver’s side.

  • Can I choose a specific timing to deliver?

    Our standard delivery services are completed between 1pm – 7pm. We are unable to accommodate requests for time specific deliveries to ensure fairness to all our customers and maintain efficiency in our operations. We will notify you once the bouquet is delivered.

  • Can you deliver to the recipient’s working table or home with guarded system?

    There are cases where our dispatcher won’t be able to enter the premises and might need the recipients to collect at the security or the reception area, this depends on the security’s or the company’s policies. Our dispatcher will do their best to hand the bouquet to the recipient’s hand.

  • How do you deliver the bouquets?

    We hire dispatching teams to assist us in delivery and they perform their duty on their trusty motorbikes or car to reach their destination swiftly. Please expect a slight delay when there may be unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or impromptu traffic jams. Our dispatching teams are doing their best to get the bouquets to you ASAP and at your desired timing.

  • But I want it to be a surprise…

    We understand that many had bought flowers to surprise their recipients. In this case, you may key in another phone number provided if the owner of the phone number will be receiving it on behalf. We do not encourage customers to provide phone number of another person who will not be receiving the delivery.

  • Why should I provide the recipient’s contact number?

    The recipient’s number is crucial for us so that we can call the recipient and make sure that they are at the delivery location. (We will not reveal what we are sending or who is the sender.) There are cases where the delivery attempts were made and failed because the recipient was unable to locate. If we have the recipient’s number and he/she had notified us that they are not in the delivery location (MC, work leave, etc), we will then call the Sender to ask permission for rescheduling delivery (with freshly packed flowers). If we could not contact the recipient and the delivery attempt was made, kindly note that refunding for this situation is not available. (Read Return & Refunding Information section).

  • Can you assist in finding unique vendors?

    Sure! Whether you are planning an exotic themed event, or you are looking for a popular DJ or band at your reception, we will fulfill your every request (as long as it’s legal) when it comes to the planning of your event.

  • Will you be around during my ceremony?

    Yes! We will be at all events unless otherwise communicated to you. Depending on your level of service selected, we will also be with you during your rehearsal, site/venue selections, vendor selections, and wedding dress/bridal shop selections.

  • How do I secure your services and engage you for my event?

  • Do you accept “kickbacks” from venues, photographers, or other wedding professionals?

    We do not accept kickbacks from any vendors we recommend. It’s no surprise, however, that because we’ve established bestie status with a number of high quality vendors, we can save you some budget by using some of our connections. We refer you to the wedding professionals or event professionals who we’ve had phenomenal and reliable experience working with, but the decision is yours. We want you to make the choice that is right for you and your event.

  • What is the difference between Day-Of Coordination and Full Service Consulting?

    The main difference is the amount of planning services a client receives. Day-of coordination is designed for couples who have completed their wedding plans and want someone to ensure their event runs smoothly and to their satisfaction. Consultation clients receive this service, plus the benefit of assistance with the selecting, hiring, and negotiation of vendors in addition to dozens of other services.

  • What services do you provide?

    We provide wedding planning services, including month-of management, partial planning and full service planning. We also provide social event planning services for retirement parties, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, anniversary parties, bridal showers, corporate events, and more. In addition, we provide design and décor that truly transforms venues into the atmosphere our clients want. Month-of Management is for the bride who knows what she wants and needs a helping hand + logistical planner. Partial Planning is for the bride who still wants to be involved in her own wedding yet needs a wedding planning guru to help a girl out.

    Full Service Planning is for the bride who wants A to Z planning. It’s great for brides who have a full plate, just want someone to take over already, or are out-of-town/out-of-state.

  • What is it like to work with you?

To begin with, we have an in-depth one-hour consultation where we learn more about you and your event. This is where we get to know one another and you spill the beans about your big vision. If you’re ready to say yes—not to the dress—but to us as your wedding planners, we’ll reserve your wedding date on our calendar. You’ll pay a retainer fee to reserve us, and then we’ll start planning! YAY!!

Wedding/ Event/ Party Florist Information

  • What should I bring to the consultation?

    This is likely the first time you have thought in depth about what you like when it comes to flowers and if you don’t know, your florist will be there to show you all of the options. Without even knowing it, we all have a style that we love. It’s just a matter of finding out what that is! When preparing for a floral consultation it is helpful to come with some ideas so that you and your florist have a place to begin. There are so many different color palettes, design styles, and flower varieties available that it will help to have a starting point to bounce ideas off of. Consultation will be most productive if there is a photo or two (Tips > “Pinterest” is one of a great source to look for sample) that your florist can elaborate on and seek inspiration from your preference.

  • How much should I allocate budgets for my wedding flowers?

    Couples should bear in mind on this > what is your prioritizing? There are brides that have spent thousands of ringgit on a simple backyard wedding because they just love flowers! There are others that only order a single bouquet. The sky is the limit! But in that same sense, no wedding order is too small. At the end of the day whether you only need flowers for your wedding party or you want flowers dripping from the ceiling, you will be quoted based on what you really want. From there, based on the quote you receive, you can decide what you want. With that being said, it is always helpful if you come to us with a budget. That way your florist can make appropriate budget friendly suggestions if necessary.

  • How are wedding flowers priced?

    Wedding flowers are priced the way they are based on a few factors. The cost of every flower variety fluctuates as flowers are seasonal. For example, if you wanted peonies in August they would likely cost more than if you wanted peonies in May. Time and labor also needs to be calculated in order to properly price the items for your wedding. They are carefully processed, cleaned and intricately arranged by an experienced designer. The other factor is supplies. Each wedding requires the use of boxes, tissue, ribbon, tape, paper, wire, and the list goes on. The final factor is over-all design aesthetic and size preferences. A larger arrangement will cost you more. Wedding flowers are carefully priced with all of these things in mind.

  • What kind of flowers that you will be using?

    At Xo23, we mostly uses Holland flower for most of the events. But of course this will also be depending on what type of flowers that you choose during your confirmation on the package. The flower types may be vary depending on the budget of the package.

  • How far in advance do I need to book my flowers?

    Because flowers are such an important aspect to most weddings they are not something you should wait until the last minute to book. Florists tend to fill their schedules quickly, especially for the dates that fall during peak season. An advanced duration between 6 to 9 months in advance is ideal especially if you require specialty items or a large amount of floral décor. Most florists can only book a certain number of weddings per weekend, so it is important to book before they are unavailable (especially for weddings that falls on a long weekend). For simple weddings that only require a minimal amount of flowers, 3 months is advisable as booking period.

  • Do you have wedding/event / party florist services?

    Yes, we have many years of experiences in planning wedding floral.
